Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in law from a well-known university;
2. At least 3 consecutive years of work experience in the legal department of a well-known law firm or private equity investment institution, with a main focus on private equity investment legal affairs;
3. Skilled in handling private equity investment legal affairs, including due diligence, drafting of equity investment legal documents (offshore and domestic investment structures), and fund establishment documents;
4. Good expression ability and English as the Working language;
5. Self motivation, self-discipline, and the ability to independently complete work without supervision.
